How Do I Contact You?

For customer service inquiries, please email us at support@treasuresunlimitedboutique.com. Our office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday. We always do our best to respond to all email inquiries within 48-72 business hours. Please note that our response time is subject to change and may be slightly longer during high peak times- for example during sales, promotions, following product or collection launches and during times of extraordinary events.

What is your return policy?

Refunds are not processed until we receive the product(s) and a quality assurance check is conducted at our facility. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.

Products that are unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with Treasures Unlimited Boutique hang tag attached, are typically eligible for return within 20 days of delivery.

Returns are credited (returned) to your original method of payment.

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided when you placed your order.

Will You Explain Product Sizing & Care?

Our Size Chart includes basic measurements. A link is located on each product page labeled “Size Chart”.

Product care instructions can be found in the “Garment Care” portion of each product page in the product descriptions as well as attached to each garment.

Please explain Out of Stock & Restocks?

Out of stock items are indicated as such.

We are happy to promptly notify you regarding product launches & restocked items via your email address or mobile number (to receive text notifications) on file. Please sign up for our email or text notification services at support@treasuresunlimitedboutique.com. We make sure we announce all the great news to email & text subscribers first.

What are your Shipping Policies?

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Florida.

Shipments are sent via USPS & UPS.

Shipping is free for all domestic orders $100 or more.

 How can I track the status of my order?

1. Log In to your account and click on View Order Status and History and review your Order History in your account. Don't have an account? Register now by emailing support@treasuresunlimitedboutique.com or by clicking on Contact on our homepage.

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

Yes, for returns. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

For more information, please access our Returns/Refunds policy at the bottom of our homepage. Please note that returns on Final Sale items and returns of items without the garment tag attached will not be accepted.

How do I place an order online?

Browse the treasuresunlimitedboutique.com site and select items you would like to add to your cart. You will see the number of items in your cart in the top right corner of the site on every page. When you are done browsing and would like to checkout, click on the checkout link in the top right corner of the site, located next to your cart on every page.

How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

Shipping options depend on the destination address and package weight. See our shipping policy by clicking on the link at the bottom of our homepage.

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Treasuresunlimitedboutique.com follows all applicable taxing regulations for the areas where we do business. To get an estimate of the tax that could be charged on your order, once you have added items to your shopping bag, enter your shipping address at checkout, choose a shipping method, and proceed. Your order total will then be updated with an estimate of the tax that will be charged.

I can't find the item I'm looking for. How can I search for it?

Use our filters to find what you're looking for.

1. Select one of the tabs at the top of any page to begin to narrow your search by category or collection. These categories will also be present at the top of each page of the site and you can continue to use those to filter.
2. You can also use the dropdown menus at the top of each page.
3. Select as many options as you like to target your search, but keep in mind that the more options you select, the fewer results you will see.

Try entering a keyword, phrase or item number into the Search box at the top right of any page, then press the Enter Key. Narrow your results with the filters provided.

How do your sizes run and how do I know what my size is with Treasures Unlimited?

Our sizes run from Small to 3XL (U.S. sizes 4-26) and represent various brands. If you are unsure of your size, please review our (add Size Chart link) which can be found on every product page and in the footer. If you are still unsure of your size, we recommend ordering one size up. We also try to provide suggestions and model height and size details on many of our product pages.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover as well as ApplePay, GooglePay and PayPal.

Why isn't my browser working with your site?

Ordering from our site requires the use of an SSL-compliant browser. We recommend using Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, a mobile device available in the Apple app store. If you are using older/unsupported versions of the browsers listed here, or other browsers, we can't guarantee that all of our site features will work correctly. Also, your browser preference must be set to accept cookies. If you are using one of the recommended browsers and still experiencing issues we recommend clearing the browser’s cache/cookies and reopening the browser to ensure an optimal experience.

Why is your site not working properly?

If you are having difficulties selecting size, color or any other drop-down list, checkboxes, or experiencing general navigation issues please check to ensure you are using a recommended browser. When are Treasures Unlimited promotion/sales events?

Treasures Unlimited may hold sales/promotions periodically throughout the year. Sign up for our emails to be first to know about these events.

How do I use a promotion code?

To apply a promo code, enter the code in the Promotion Code field during the checkout process. Click Apply Promo. Promotion codes are usually not case sensitive. We will indicate if case sensitive characters are required for a promotion.

Promotion Restrictions- Be sure to note the restrictions associated with a promotion. Promotions may be limited to first time customers, a specified group of items or minimum order price, and may only be valid on orders shipped to specific countries. All promotions are available for a limited time during indicated dates, and only while supplies last. Only one promo code may be used per order. Treasures Unlimited Boutique reserves the right to change the terms of a promotion at any time.

How do I stop receiving emails from Treasures Unlimited?

To unsubscribe from Treasures Unlimited emails, you can login to your account on www.treasuresunlimitedboutique.com and click “My Account". From there, you can adjust your Communication Preferences to unsubscribe from our emails. You can also click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. If you prefer, you can also contact Customer Service at support@treasuresunlimitedboutique.com and request to be removed from our email list.

How do I change my email address?

If you have a registered account with us:

1. Click on My Account at the top left of any page.
2. You may need to Log In to your account.
3. Click on "Update name, email, or password" to update your email address.
4. Update your information.
5. Click Save.

If you haven't registered, but would like to receive our updates at a new email address:

1. Enter your email address to get the scoop on new trends, limited offers, sales and other Treasures Unlimited news by clicking on Email Sign Up on the top left of any page or at the bottom right of any page.

How can I contact Treasures Unlimited about a potentially fraudulent website or email?

There has been an increase in websites and emails trying to tempt customers into providing their personal information. These emails and/or websites solicit charitable donations using the name(s) of established companies or offer gift cards in exchange for information. Treasures Unlimited Boutique does not solicit these type of charitable donations, sponsor these websites, nor are we affiliated with the site operators. If you become aware of any potentially fraudulent websites or emails, please forward the information to support@treasuresunlimitedboutique.com so we can follow-up immediately.

Who do I contact if I am an influencer, blogger, or member of the press and interested in working with or featuring Treasures Unlimited ?

What is Treasures Unlimited currency conversion policy?

All Treasures Unlimited transactions are in USD. 

Do free shipping promotions apply to International orders?

Free shipping promotions will only apply to customers in the U.S. We currently do not ship internationally. If international shipping becomes available, customers in international countries must pay current international shipping fees (including all taxes, customs & import duties and associated fees). However, all other merchandise promotions apply unless otherwise stated.

Why can't I see the website in my language?

Treasures Unlimited website is only available in English.

How can I be removed from your postal mailing list?

Please email us at support@treasuresunlimitedboutique.com or click on Contact on our homepage. For removals we'll need the name and address as it appears on the mailers you're receiving. To be added, just let us know where we can send them and how you would like them addressed. Most changes will be effective within two mailing cycles.

Does Treasures Unlimited offer gift cards/gift certificates?

At this time we do not offer gift cards or gift certificates. 

Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers for my purchase?

If you purchased multiple items from us, your order may ship in multiple boxes and from multiple locations depending on the items ordered. Please review the tracking information associated with each item in your shipping confirmation to view your item’s expected arrival date.
