Shipping & Returns

                            SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES

During peak volume times- such as holidays, product or collection launches, special promotions, or extraordinary emergencies (pandemics, natural disasters, etc.)- orders may experience delays outside of  standard shipping times. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your patience.

ORDER PROCESSING: 

  • Please allow up to 3-5 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process begins. During peak sale times and holiday seasons order processing time may increase for standard processing thus extending shipping times. Our office hours  are Monday- Friday, 10:00 a.m-6:00 p.m., EST. We are closed on weekends and all federal holidays (the website is available 24/7).
  •  All prices are listed in USD.
  • Please make sure you carefully check the details of your purchase(s) before finalizing the checkout process. We are unable to make any adjustments or additions to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions. 
  •  We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted.
  •  Treasures Unlimited does not guarantee the stock of any item.
  •  Orders cannot be combined.

  SHIPPING:

  • Treasures Unlimited does not offer expedited shipping at this time. Only standard and priority shipping are available.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number when your package has left our facility. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at support@treasuresunlimitedboutique.com.
  • Please promptly report any damaged or missing items within 5 days from date of delivery. 
  • Once orders have left our facility, Treasures Unlimited Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier or other parties during transit and when there is a notice of successful delivery. You must contact the carrier for assistance with this matter. We will do our best to help you resolve.
  • Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based on delivery address and total order weight. Please note, your order may ship in multiple boxes and from multiple locations depending on items ordered.
  • Shipping is free for orders that total $100 or more (before taxes).

    RETURNS:

    We hope you love your pieces when you receive them, but if you are not satisfied with any of your purchases, you can return them within 20 days from the date of delivery by doing the following: 

    • Items must be returned within 20 days from the date of delivery. Returns received back to us after 20 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
    • Returns are subject to review and must meet the following criteria: item(s) must not have been worn or washed; must not have stains of any kind (makeup, deodorant, oil, etc.); must have hang tags attached to garment; must be returned in original packaging with invoice completed with return reason; must not have any detectible odor; must not have pet hair and must not be defective due to damage caused when trying item on, etc. We are not able to accept returned items meeting any of these conditions.       

                    Defective items examples:

                    - Broken or missing attachments (ex. buttons, clasps)

                    - Stains

                    - Tears or holes

                    - Missing pieces (belts, wraps, jackets, etc.)                

    • ALL approved returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping charges of returned items. Please keep the return tracking number to help our team provide an estimate of when your refund will be processed.
    • Once received, approved returns will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive a notification to your email on record when we receive your return & another email once your refund is processed
    • Treasures Unlimited is not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your return tracking number and/or proof of postage information when returning your items back to us via the shipping process.
    • Items not eligible for returns include the following: items marked as clearance, final sale or sales priced (on sale or discounted), lingerie, underwear, shapewear, swimwear, intimate apparel, gift cards and makeup or personal care products- are not eligible for return or refund. 
    • We do not provide exchanges at this time. You may return your item for a refund and place a new order for the new size, color or item of your choice.

    Please read all return instructions above to make sure your item is eligible for a return. 

     - If your return is not approved, no refund will be issued. 

     REFUNDS:

    • Please complete the Reasons for Return portion of the invoice included in your package. Please keep a copy of the invoice for your records. You must include the original invoice, in the package we sent along with the item you wish to return with hang tags attached, to be considered for a return.
    • We will process your refund back to your original form of payment for your approved return & you will receive an email confirming the completion of the return process & the refund amount. It could take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
